After you go up the slope you'll see a shack to your left, jump on it and then look down on an area that extends from the shack, you'll find the body there. I fancy blonde girls.

The body wont be around there. If you face the lockers and turn right, you will be facing towards the hut. You'll also see a cliff side on the other side of hut. Above there you'll see some sort of metal outcropping like for a crane. You want to be up on the land that outcropping comes from. However, if you start there, you want to stay up on that upper area, close to the cliff side and move as if you going back to the entrance you originally came from.
There is another outcropping you'll come to but instead of like a crain part, it is a little sheltered. Search in there. I cant believe I just spent so much time and it was over there!!!
I found it I was convinced this mission was gltiched.. Thank you so much man I would of never went over there. Believe me, it's harder to explain to someone than anything. I was trying to mention that location, the whole time.
