I know of to dogs that need help they are not feeding them. I have called the dog people around here they know the people that got them so they will not do any thing about it. I am a Christian in every aspect of the word. In a Gods word he says to take care of his creatures. We as Christians should all find time to volunteer at our local shelters and do our part in keeping the pet population at bay. For everything we face in this life there is an answer for in Gods Word. None of this mess has caught Him by surprise or off guard. Where there is a prison , there should be a program in place for shelter dogs to learn basic commands etc. Elderly people who live alone.
