You can just queue for a hard mode false emperor flashpoint in the group finder. The part can drop in hard mode or story mode. Make sure you uncheck all the other flashpoints and only queue for that one.
That way you'll get thrown in with a group that's running their daily random, but it will be false emperor, since that's the only one you checked. This will scan within 25m of it and tells you if it find it or not. Note that once unearthed, it will stay on the ground for 1 minute and allow anyone nearby to click it. The fuse is on the pile of garbage in the room. Now you can get the datalog and medical bay badge. The Medical bay is on Deck 5. You will be looking for the final datalog and empty stim injectors inside the medical bay.
You can refill the stim injectors with the nylite canisters that are scattered around the room. First you will need to restore power to the deck using the Research Lab Power Breaker. This will spawn a mini-boss that you may need a friend for.
You can use your stim injectors filled with nylite to weaken the boss. There are 7 components required to unlock your HK companion.
They are scattered across the galaxy. Remember, you will want to collect all the parts you can on the character you want to unlock HK Only two of the pieces are Legacy bound. Component number three is in the Jedi Temple on Coruscant. This component goes into your inventory and it is bound to Legacy so you can mail it if need be. Again, random location, and it moves after being discovered.
This also goes to your inventory, and is bound to Legacy for mailing purposes. Look for a Jawa vendor named Collector Kezzit.
The transistor is one of the HK components. Remember this is a free for all PvP area. Be prepared. The second component is on Taris.
