User Info: Razor User Info: TaigaTiger. Depends on if you're willing to trade a Shiny Stone in before the National Dex. Togekiss is a great pokemon to have on your team, imo, but Togetic is pretty terrible.

This one's focused! Stay dangerous! Though I've never used one, I hear Togekiss is really great. You need a Fly mule anyway. User Info: Dark Gunner. User Info: LinkElfice That Togepi is great for Morty. Is it enough to replace a psychic pokemon though? I guess it can learn more then just that one move in the psychic pool right? I don't think so I used Hypno for my Psychic , but in the case of fighting a Trainer with Ghost, the Togepi would be a good plan.

That's kind of too bad I normally don't like training a pokemon just for one thing and then ditching them. User Info: KoopaBoop. Togekiss is really good, though. Can I kill him? From hat I hear Togekiss is amazing and worth the effort, never had one myself though, so couldnt say for sure, imo, try it out, see if you think its worth it, if not, exchange for better.

User Info: peteyboo. Togepi used Metronome! Togepi used Sky Uppercut! Foe's Sentret fainted! Yeah, it's worth it. He tells you that if you keep it in your active party long enough, that egg will eventually hatch into a useful and rare Pokemon.

And he wasn't lying. If you keep it in your party from around that time until, at the latest, you reach and defeat the second gym leader Bugsy to earn the Hive Badge in Azalea Town, you'll find yourself the proud new owner of a Togepi.

Don't let this Pokemon's ridiculous look and small size fool you -- he is a Psychic-attacking powerhouse. At or around the time that the Togepi hatches, you'll receive a phone call via your Pokegear from Professor Elm.

He'll encourage you to return to New Bark Town to show him the hatched Pokemon. When you get the chance, you should do just that. Once there, speak with the professor himself, and he'll marvel at your new Pokemon.

Not only will he let you keep the Togepi to do with it what you will, but he'll also hand over to you the Everstone as a reward for a job well done. The Everstone is an item that can be equipped directly onto a Pokemon of your choice. Once equipped, the Everstone will guarantee that the Pokemon holding it won't evolve.
