The answer is not in a pill, unless that is what you choose. We expect a "holistic" medical treatment if we are ill, but do we LIVE holistically?

Do we even understand what that means? We need to live in line with these new realities. Energy, spirit, intention, are not just tools we pull out of the closet when we are ill, need an answer, or are suffering in some way. Our energy, our vibrational message to the world is ever present.

We cannot shut these things off and turn them on as it suits us. Who we are, how we live, how we treat others effect our own health and happiness as well as that of those around us. We do not live in a bubble.
