I too ran into the same problem with a return, and they told me I would be refused a refund because I did not get the return back within 45 days, when it clearly states on their web site that consumers have a full 60 days to return.
I filed a complaint with better business bureau. I assure you, this is not a planted comment. I have been using Zenmed for over a year, and I am very happy with the results twofold-no more flare-ups, and no more dry skin. I admit, the serum did sting a bit for the first week or so, but does not any longer. My make-up sets well over the oil free moisturizer, and my skin feels very soft. I do not have a severe case of rosacea, and I think that is why I get great results.
How could Zenmed plant all the FB likes and comments on their website? First time using the products today. One side of my face is redder after the treatment, but will keep persevering with it.
I went on the ZEDMED online help, the rep told me a lot of customers have the same thing happen at the beginning, but to stay with it for at least weeks for the creams to work. Was hoping the broken capillaries would be fading even just a tiny bit by now. No allergic reaction, so will keep using it til the 3 products run out.
A shame, had my fingers crossed it would work…. The cleanser is nice and the serum feels ok, but other than having a clean moisturised face, nada. You seem defensive and the language you use in promoting the product does read like a commercial. Perhaps your loyalty stems from the great results of the miracle rosacia cure. Could be possible.
Gratitude to David for the support group. So because I am an educated human, it must be fake. I never called it a miracle, or a cure. I in fact stated that my results may be due to the fact that I have a mild case. I just do not want other people to be turned off to the product by your comments, which seem to stem more from frustration by an inadequate return policy than lack of results.

Metrogel didnt work. After that i put on the rosaliac daycream from la Roche posay. This combination made my rosacea much better. Bumps are gone and i have less flushing. The only thing that stays are tiny red dots scars but if you want that to go away you need laser treatment. I like the smell and i m glad that i tried this. The only negative point is the bottle of the serum. I prefer a pump flacon. And i had to pay fees to receive my package….
Also in my own experience a sulfur based treatment did some good for my papules and pustules so hopefully this translates into something others might benefit from also. Having said all that I do delete obvious and not-so-obvious spammers and scammers from the blog every week. Oh, mine. I wish I had seen this Blog before…Thank you David for your invaluable website. I just bumped into it out of desperation.
So many fake reviews led me into buying this stuff. Are the ingredient harmful or irritating? The mask seems to relieve some of the redness but I have serious doubts about the serum as my cheeks actually seem more red after application. Please please please advise on a good product! I had to stop using it today after about a weeks use as its was making my skin much worse. My skin also felt really uncomfortable tight and mildly burning after using. Given the amount of money i spent on the kit which was increased considerably due to postage and customs charges to the UK I really wanted to give this product a real chance to work.
But every instinct told me to quit using today. I went back on their website earlier as they have an online help facility. His response came across as very defensive and there was certainly no further advice about how i could get better results from their products. Might as well have chucked the money down the toilet in my case. I purchased Zenmed as a last resort, before seeking help from a dermatologist. I began using it daily just the cleanser and the moisturizer.
Then one day it seemed to just clear up altogether. I was visiting my in-laws, and I asked my mother-in-law about my rosacea. She was shocked that I even had it, as she said there was no trace of it on my face. I ran and looked in the mirror, and she was right. It had completely disappeared. I swear by Zenmed now. I just ordered another bottle of the cleanser I like to use a lot of it when I wash my face so that it touches every part of my face , and I will continue to use it.
I think it has to be better than pills or prescription lotions for my body. Product does not work!! When you try to return for refund they claim that they have not received your package. Very shady business. Same here, I had mine returned well within the sixty days, in fact, it was 45 days!!
