I reccomend you max your physical track by the end of Fort Frolic, though. Even when saving little sisters, you should get roughly ADAM per level, so you should have enough ADAM to have completed this by the end of Arcadia if you don't buy any tonics or plasmids to fill your slots with, that is. Anybody manage their slots in a different way? I just upgraded from 1 to 3. Target Dummy will make the enemy fire on the dummy you "project" onto a target location for its duration. You just have to be sure it's in the enemy line of sight when you place it though, or they will just keep attacking you. I think if you shoot an enemy while standing next to a dummy, they will attack you first assuming you are closer to the enemy if you're further away from them than the dummy they'll go after the dummy , but as soon as you get out of their line of sight they will immediately attempt to attack the dummy.
This is excellent for fighting big daddies since rosies will fire on them instead of you, and you can more easily dodge a bouncer by placing one in the open, then getting near a side hallway or some other place where you can quickly hide from the bouncer after shooting him. If you're quick he'll charge the dummy instead of you. Placing one closer to the big daddy should make it so you don't even have to hide, though.
User Info: bryseron. The advantage of winter blast or insect swarm is that it will keep the enemies off your back long enough to give you a moment to retreat and reload insect swarm also does damage, so that's the one I use.
There's nothing like seeing a enemy trying to bat away a swarm of bees as you step back, reload your crossbow, and slowly get ready to send a foot of steel through his eye socket.
