The only Marvel characters to get gold statues for the 50th are from Guardians of the Galaxy , which makes sense since the coaster themed after the film franchise was supposed to open for the 50th in EPCOT. It will now open sometime in Gold Rocket Raccoon and Baby Groot statues.
While you might have expected Olaf and Bruni to be stationed near Frozen Ever After in the Norway Pavilion, they too are standing tall and Olaf is somehow not melting in that Florida sun at Showcase Plaza. Please could you tell me which characters were at epcot in the Norway area before the characters from frozen were there.
Do you have any idea whether Anna and Elsa will be around after January 1, and if so where? They will definitely stay through jan in current location and they are looking at another spot in Norway to continue after that. Kenny, can you comment on the rumour that Remy is leaving Chefs de France? Of course, his last day is supposed to be the day before I leave to come to the World.
I am really hoping the rumours are wrong. Might as well put my money where my mouth is. Any updates on who is at the Character Spot? We will be seeing Mickey, etc at the Visa Meet n Greet already.
We got to meet shortly scuba diving Mickey in one of the tanks. We only caught him shortly before he was leaving. Could there be an Epcot Characterpalooza?
At roughly today June 11, my wife and daughter were walking through the American Experience near the funnell cake stand and a large group of characters came out for a meet and greet. Possibly others. There was a training meet with Mickey and Sailor Donald earlier in the week as well, but it was around noon time.

We will be going to Disney March not exactly sure which day for Epcot yet. He is a tiny mouse that comes around to visit tables on a little cart. His schedule is on the Epcot Show Schedules. The minnie Mickey and Pluto meet and greet; I heard other characters are there also, is that true? If yes which ones. Thank you sooooo much in advanced. If you ask some people to call the character hotline before you might be able to know if there are any extra characters. I got to meet Gepetto at the exit of the minnie mickey and pluto meet and greet outside.
It only handles regularly scheduled meets. Thank you so much for all thw work you do to make these lists- but could youcome up with a one page list- I printed epcot and got 4 pages- several months ago I printed an alphabetic list and it was just 2 pages for all characters..

You might see a line forming here as you walk by, and if you do it will be for this popular character meet. This meet features Donald Duck as one of The Three Caballeros meeting guests as he takes a break from his concert tour.
This sign is typically posted somewhere around the Mexico pyramid. It provides a look at the times Donald Duck is meeting each day. This is an outdoor character meet and Donald will take breaks about every 15 minutes during these times. If you are in line and the character meet appears to end in front of you, hang tight, he will be back within 5 minutes.
Donald and Daisy sometimes can be found at a Hollywood Studios character meet just inside the park entrance during the day. Our next country past Mexico in the World Showcase is Norway.
Norway is home to all things Frozen at Epcot. Anna and Elsa meet daily in their summer home, the Royal Sommerhus. The Royal Sommerhus is a cute cottage and is decorated nicely throughout the inside. And then Elsa. This is another experience like the Epcot Character Spot with Mickey and Friends, where you get to meet more than one character at one time. Since Frozen 2 came out, Anna and Elsa are also wearing new outfits to match the new movie.
The China Pavilion is next along this path of the World Showcase. Mulan can be found here in the gardens entertaining guests most days. This meet also tends to hold a very long line and will often be cut off fairly quickly. A new Mulan movie recently came out, and it will be interesting to see if she gets eventually gets a wardrobe change here.
She meets toward the back of the pavilion, typically in the afternoon to early evening. Princess Jasmine also meets at Magic Kingdom alongside Aladdin if you prefer to meet the duo together.
The France pavilion at Epcot often provides the opportunity to meet two different characters. This is Belle in her village dress. You might also find her meeting in her yellow ballroom gown and wearing her holiday gown on an extraordinary occasion. Sometimes Aurora rotates out with Belle during the day in France.
She can be found in this gazebo located on the far right side of the pavilion. Belle can also be found in Magic Kingdom at Enchanted Tales with Belle, but this is not a formal character meet. France is the only place to meet Aurora within an actual character meet in the theme parks. Alice can be found easily when walking by the pavilion. She meets at varying times between and PM on most days. If she is out you will see her standing here in front of her cottage. This one makes for a really nice photo.
Mary Poppins will be out a few times of the day as well, and she meets in this gazebo toward the back of the pavilions. You will not find Mary Poppins out as much as Alice, so you might find her a little more difficult to meet. She meets at Magic Kingdom most days around Liberty Square. I have a full meet Mary Poppins at Disney World post if you would like to learn more. The newest meet to the pavilion is Winnie the Pooh. Make sure to check the times guide on your visit for this one as well, Winnie the Pooh also meets at varying times.
